Museum Visitor Survey Now Open. Share Your Experience

We are inviting museum visitors to take part in a new survey exploring how people engage with museums, exhibitions, and emerging technologies. This survey focuses on understanding real visitor behaviour - from how people plan and navigate museum visits, to what draws their attention, how they interact with exhibits, and how they feel about AI-enhanced experiences.  

Results will be analyzed and modelled to build a richer understanding of visitor profiles and behaviours. This dataset will serve as a foundation for developing an AI-based conversational agent designed to enhance and personalise future museum interactions. 

The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. We invite everyone to participate - whether you are a museum professional or a casual visitor.
